I enjoy making lasagna, pizzas, Mexican wraps and dips, spring rolls, quiche and baking brownies/cookies/muffins.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We have family dinner every Saturday nights. Once in a while, I would get requests to make different types of cuisine ie Indian, Italian, Mexican, etc.
My cooking triumphs
I enjoy reading and experimenting various recipes on this website. The recipes that I have tried were really good i.e. lasagna, eggplant parmesan, tofu quiche, Indian curries, muffins, cakes, cookies, mexican dips and main dishes.
My cooking tragedies
My first time making Fallafel from fresh chickpeas. It took me forever to mash them because my blender was being repaired. Then I turn to fry them, they all break apart...not such a pretty sight. Another tragedy was baking banana cake. It came out really tough and rubbery. I really don't know what went wrong! He he he!

Crab-Stuffed Corn Muffins
This is my favorite recipe. It is very important to use fresh crab meat in this recipe. I love spicy dishes so I added extra chopped red chillis to the mix. In addition to spring onions, I also added chopped corriander. Thank you for this delicioius dish Chef John!

Chocolate-Banana Tofu Pudding
Simple. Easy. Delicious. It is Vegetarian Festival here in Thailand during the period 15-23 Oct 12. I shared this dish with some friends at the office. They would not believe it's made of tofu. Thank you for this wonderful recipe. Even when it's not Vegetarian Festival here, I will surely make this again and again! Sue Bangkok, Thailand
