This recipe was a HIT at my husbands surprise birthday party! Everyone loved it! I used banana split sandwiches in one layer, and it was sooo good, I also added crushed Oreo to the middle fudge layer :)

Parmesan Focaccia Bread

Best Broccoli Soup

This really is the best soup. The only thing I do differently is I puree all the broccoli, I Like mine really creamy and its really good!

Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread

This has become my staple banana bread recipe. I never used the nuts but sometimes add chocolate chips. sooo moist and good. OH, and I usually use olive oil to make it a bit healthier.

Zucchini Bread IV

This recipe is sooo good! I love how the top gets almost like a sugary crunchiness to it! I put a bit extra zuchinni in it too, and it made it really moist and yummy!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

These cookies are really really good! I love it! I even used unsweetened peanut butter and they turned out great. I added chocolate chips to some of the batter and I loved them both ways! I also never care about using just egg whites, so I just used two large eggs and that worked well. I substituted 1/4 c. of wheat germ for 1/4 c. of the flour too. They turned out soft but crisp on the bottom, perfect!

I reall liked these cookies a lot. However I had a hard time like others, getting the middle to thicken. I ended up just refrigerating them so that it was a bit firmer. I may try a creamy lemon frosting the next time.

Easy Lemon Cookies

I made this recipe for our church potluck and they are all gone! I loved them! I think next time I may add double the lemon extract for a bit more lemonny flavor, or maybe some lemon zest.
