Quinoa Tabbouleh
Delicious as is, and I could use any fresh vegetables with this. I have taken this to pot luck twice, as it is original in my small town, and always gets compliments!

Double Tomato Bruschetta
Great! I was a bit worried about using the oil-packed sundried tomatoes as soon as I opened the jar - they stunk! Bur I followed the recipe as directed, and it turned out to have a great flavor. Took the advice of another reviewer and used a slice of mozza instead of shreddedm Teriffic recipe!
