Guacamole
Delicious, made it over the weekend and it was even better the next day. Not that there was much left mind you. Will definitely be using the recipe again in the future, thanks for sharing!

Onion Quiche
I’ve been meaning to thank you for sharing this with us for some time; it’s become one of my go to recipes. I really like it and have made it several times, as a matter of fact ones in the oven right now! It’s great for a light lunch or dinner and if I don’t have heavy cream around I always have ½ & ½ so it works just as well.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Finally, a basic mac & cheese recipe that as given not only is easy the throw together, but tastes great too! Like so many others I have tried several other mac & cheese recipes and they always have disappointed me in one way other another. This one is a keeper for sure, thanks for sharing it with us.
