Awesome! My husband, "the chef" modified this, by adding celery, garlic, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, and some sugar. He advised me to adjust to taste buds, turned out great! I agree with other reviewers only need 1 8oz package of cream cheese. I used fat free, I could not tell a difference. Lots of flavor and creaminess. Used two huge squash and made a gallon of soup. Also, a lot of reviewers roasted the squash first, but I followed the recipe and boiled until I had a great stock base with flavor and the squash was rtender enough to puree. Will make again definitely!
