Pork Chops in Beer

Great flavor and simple to make. I'd like to try some of the extra sauce on white rice or mashed potatoes. Even my 2 year old ate her meat with this recipe.

Sweet-and-Sour Meat Loaf

I've been making this recipe for years. I love it! It's the only meat loaf my husband will eat. We make extra sauce to top our mashed potatoes.

Acorn Squash with Apple

I love sweets so I can't believe I am going to say this, but this was too sweet. Maybe it was a kind of apples I used (Harleson). I don't know if I'll make this dish again.
