Caramel Apple Pork Chops
The flavor in this dish was phenomenal! I used Braeburn apples, Saigon cinnamon and fresh ground nutmeg. I also used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. Even my husband. Mr. Picky, thought it was "edible," which equals a 4-star review for normal people. He's not a cooked fruit fan - but he did like the combo of the apples with the pork chops. My only complaints is I didn't really have any "sauce" to drizzle on top - but it was so good, the dish didn't really need it!

Applesauce Raisin Bars
This recipe is fantastic! I made it exactly how the recipe instructed and thought the texture and flavor were absolutely delightful! I also LOVE the icing! I think the key is cooking the butter long enough before adding the rest of the ingredients - YUMMY!!!

Butter Snow Flakes
I enjoyed the flavor the orange zest and cream cheese gave the cookie, but I found the cookies to be a bit hard and crunchier than I would like. I even tried adjusting the baking time to make sure I wasn't over baking. They were superb directly out of the oven, but once they were cooled, they were a bit hard.
