Kickin' Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions and Spicy Sweet Mayo

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2011
this is my new favorite turkey burger recipe, i threw the others one i had away and im only making this from now on. i didnt have jalapeno or dry mesquite mix and Im not big on heat, so instead i put a few generous dash of chipotle chilli powder. I wasnt going to make the mayo but Im glad i did, it really helped make this over the top.

Silver Dollar Pancakes (Gluten-free)

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2011
i have tried 4-5 gluten free pancake recipe and while they were all ok as long as you put enough syrup on, I really loved the taste of these pancakes. I also liked the fact that they really fluffled up and keeping them smaller assured that they didnt break appart. I used maple syrup instead of agave. This is going in my recipe book and i will keep on making them. thx!!

Dry Rub for Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2011
amazing, but watch the pepper!!!! i have to knock out a start because of the incredible amount of pepper in this. i read the first few reviews and not many ppl mention anything about the pepper. it took everything we had to eat the ribs with the original recipe, we almost threw it out. it was way too hot, and not in a good way either. so the second time we made it, i used 1/2 teaspoon instead of 1.5 tablespoon. i also doubled the garlic. and ommited the salt all together. i read somewhere that you should NEVER salt a dry rub. i used this on some bonesless ribs with bbq sauce whle cooking and it was amazing!!!

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
this was the best meatloaf ever. so juicy and tasty. i could not add the worstesher or the stuff on top because of a strict diet and it was still delicious! instead i just rubbed a bit of the remaining tomato paste on top. i will make this again and again, maybe add more herbs inside next time

Fresh Green Beans, Fennel, and Feta Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
we both really really enjoyed this and its our favorite green bean recipe. we dont really like green beans or licorish (fenel) but we loved this dish. adding tomatoes at the end is a must, and it doesnt need that much cheese.

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2008
this was suprisingly delicious. we almost didnt make it because of all the cabbage but it ended up not tasting like cabbage at all. i used chicken broth instead of water. also i reduced the cooking time by atleast 10 mins by cutting my potatoes with my mandeline attachement that makes nice match stick potatoes. actually i cut everything in the recipe with it. will make again for sure.

Best Fried Green Tomatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
this was the first time i had green tomatoes. i had no clue how to prepare them and ended up using some very unriped hard green tomatoes. i didnt understand that they were supose to be just a tad under unripped. anyway even tho the tomatoes were pretty hard once cooked it was still pretty good. i can imagine how good it will be next time when i use the proper tomato
