Mom's Best Waffles

I have made this recipe with vanilla for over 30 years as it was my Mama's recipe. My family and I wouldn't make it any ther way!

This recipe was quite good and I will make it again with the suggestions of others, cut the peanut butter in half, adding the mandarin orange juice to the sauce to help thin it out as it was quite thick. I think I may even bump up the hot chile paste a tad. Thanks for the great recipe Teri!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

This cake has great flavor! I however found it to be a bit on the heavy side. I made it and baked it as written. After reading all the reviews, I was a bit disappointed.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I made this as written for a carrot cake also from this site, it was awesome! So awesome, that when I got home, my granddaughter was making some, just to eat out of the bowl!
