Chocolate-Candy Cane Cookies

I did not like these cookies. You could not taste the chocolate. My husband actly thought they were gingerbread cookies! The dough was very hard to work, very soft and sticky. They look pretty but the recipe needs work to be a good cookie.

Famous Butter Chicken

Great recipe! However I changed it a little. Instead of using garlic salt I added roasted garlic bread crumbs because I did not have enough crackers. It turned out great. Plus I cut the chicken into strips so my kids could pick it up with there fingers and eat it. I had to double the cracker crumbs. Overall a good and easy recipe. Thanks!

Stuffed Shells IV

My family loves this recipe. Good way to get them to eat spinach. It does make alot so it is a good recipe to make ahead and freeze half. Next time I'm going to try pork sausage instead of turkey for a spicy/different taste.

Light Sloppy Joes

My family did not care for this recipe. It tasted like tomato sauce and nothing else. I feel this recipe needs alot of work for my family to eat it again. It definately does not taste anything like regular sloppy joe so be prepared.

Holiday Wild Rice

Great recipe! It does make a lot so if you do not have a large family or are not making it for a holiday, I would half it. I'm always looking for new side dishes. Good addition to boring old rice. This is a keeper. Thanks

Marmalade-Glazed Ham Loaf

I am not giving this recipe 5 stars because I did not use the glaze with this recipe because I don't think my family would like it. I used a ketcup base glaze instead. However, I would give the ham loaf it-self 5 stars. I've tried several ham loaf recipes before and my boys like this recipe the best. I used a 13X9 baking dish and already mixed and grounded ham and pork loaf that I got from the store. I believe the stuffing is the key in this recipe. Other recipes call bread or bread crumbs. And all my ham loafs turned out mushy giving it a funny texture to it. I think the stuffing hold it together much better. Thanks for the recipe!
