Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Wonderful!! I added a dollop of sour cream and some cheddar cheese to the top of mine. It was excellent. The only thing I would change is to use regular tortilla chips rather than going through the hassel of baking the tortillas.

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Sooooooo yummy!!! They tasted just like the Enchiladas Verdes that I get at my favorite mexican restaurant. The only thing I would change...it was way too spicy for me. I only put 3 peppers but it was still super spicy. Next time I will either do 1-2 with seeds or 3 without seeds. You've gotta try this recipe if you like mexican food. It's SUPER!!!

G-ma's Rice

I did the recipe exactly as stated and ran into one little snag. I cooked the rice for the 20 minutes and when I opened the lid it was still really soupy. I brought everything to a boil and then reduced the heat and simmered for 15 minutes (Just like you would prepare regular rice). Hope this helps.

Creamy Potato Soup

I thought this was a horrible recipe for potato soup. It had no flavor and was very watery (not creamy like potato soup is supposed to be). It definitely needed a lot more flavor and some meat (ham, sausage or something). I wouldn't reccommend this recipe.
