My Husband's Pad Thai Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2012
It was great, I doubled the sauce because I like everything drenched so it was a little soupy in the end (plus the TJ noodles were 14oz.) the boyfriend liked it more than I did although it was almost restaurant quality.

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
These were great, had to stand in front of my oven to keep checking on them as my oven has one setting "hot as hell." As I am quite the novice cook so wax paper=parchment paper. Overall really good, wish someone had some flavor ideas to get some more flavor like chip flavors; BBQ, ranch, spicy, etc.

Eggplant Tomato Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
I needed more tomato to get a 50/50 ration. This would be even better with some roasted garlic! Realy easy, low carb main dish

Paella I

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
It took many stores for me to get all the ingredient for this dish and cost $50 -but it was well worth it! Restaurant quality paella. My only issue was that it was a little mushy and I should have actually timed and measured things. 6 servings is a joke, this is easily 10 adult meal portions!

Ham Croquettes

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
I added (4 servings) of mashed potatoes to get a more Spanish ham croquettas feel/taste. Delicious! It's not very flavorful, it's not suppose to be, as it's a starch side dish. Would make again!

Kona Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I put this in my crock pot to cook, and although looking back it was a little mushy if I put some of the vegetables in later it would have been even better.

Dirt Cups

Great simple recipe. Since the pre-made pudding cups were on sale, I just redistributed them into nicer cups!-VIOLA! No mess, inexpensive potluck treat.

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
Very good, just like another reviewer I would stick to regular soy sauce not the low-sodium one. It was a little bland without the salt.

Mediterranean Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
I agree with others the tomatoes fall apart and should be the last thing added. This was super tasty and combined all my favorite foods. I tripled the olives along with doubling the seasoning-but that's personal preference.

Easy Corn Fritters

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
Not bad, but my fritters were messy and did not stick together at all. I would have added flour, but I did not have any on hand. It also tasted more like potato pancakes with corn, which was fine with me. I would not make this for a party as it looked sorta gross, but would try it again for myself

Turkey Sausage Breakfast

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
The recipe was good, I only made 1/2, but I found it to be a little dry/bland. (I like my food spicy so this might just be me.) Next time I will use another egg and maybe a little oil. It was a great easy weekend treat though with some pancake syrup. I will def. make this again.
