Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
I baked this recipe as a loaf since i don't have good luck with rolls holding their shape. It baked beautifully. I was a little weirded out by the egg, but it really worked. I think this could make a good sandwich loaf. It did take forever to rise because it uses less yeast then usual. Overall, very good.

Jeanie's Falafel

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
I mixed everything in my food processor, it turned out great. super easy. My husband ate it like it actually had meat in it. :) I made it once the way the recipe states and it was a crumbly mess in the pan. I made a second batch and added one egg. It made all the difference. it held together beautifully. I fried in a skillet with a little coconut oil.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2011
I let sit in marinade for a few hours before BBQing. It was pretty good, but I think it would have more flavor if baked in the oven in the marinade.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
I added mint chips and only cooked these cookies for about 8 minutes. They were soft and fudgy... probably the yummiest cookies I've ever made.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
Even better if you add Italian sausage. I just have a couple of hints: 1) Pour boiling water over noodles and let sit for about 10 minutes (no more over cooking those noodles). 2) Don't bother cooking everything for a long time, just toss all the ingredients into a bowl and let sit overnight (so the flavors can combine)
