Strawberry Spinach Salad I
This is my favorite salad. I like it the way it is. I also like it with candied pecans and sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles. My kids even like it! The dressing is good with green onions also.

Peanut Sauce II
This is the best sauce. I used a 1/2 tsp powdered ginger and regular soy sauce because I did not have fresh ginger or tamari sauce. I also used only a 1/4 of a pepper to reduce the heat for my kids. If it seems too spicy after that just add a little more honey! I also but mine in the blender after it was all combined so that it was completly smooth and then finished heating. My family wanted more, we will be having it again very soon. Tastes like the restaurant. VEy good over chicken, rice and veggies.

Soft Caramel Corn
This is a good recipe. I am one of those crazy people though that does not use a microwave anymore, so microwave popcorn was out. I popped my own. When I finished mixing it all up it didn't taste quite right. I realized it was missing a salty flavor form the prebuterd and salted microwave popcorn. Solution, salt your caramel corn after you mix it up. Go easy and salt to taste. Then it is great. A little sweet and salty. Yum
