Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
This is so much better than buying fondant. It tastes better and is easier to work with... I took Chef4Six advice and used marshmellow cream and it worked great! I can't wait to use it again!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2008
This recipe was so delicious. I changed it a bit. I used 2 1/2 cups wheat flour, 1/2 cup white flour and 1/2 flax seeds and whey protein. I also used 1 cup of baking splenda and 1/2 cup white flour. It was still delicious but with extra protein and more easily digestable.

Pumpkin Gingerbread

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
This recipe was perfect! I made it according to the recipe exactly and will not change a thing. I used a loaf pan for half of the batter and baked the rest in an acorn tartlet pan for 15 minutes at 350. Turned out so well. I'm having a hard time staying away from them.

This was an easy and delicious recipe. After reading other reviews I used 1/4cup Olive oil and butter flavored pan spray to cut down on the oiliness. It worked well.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Absolutely delicious, a big hit. I had a hard time finding the sun dried tomatoes, so I skipped them and it worked fine without them.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2008
This was some of the most delicious fudge I've ever made. I used more semi sweet chips than chocolate. I will be making this every year... at least as far as my family is concerned.

Delicious and juicy. I didn't have ginger on hand so I used a little extra cinnamon and cloves and it was still great

I used canned chicken to make things easy. Also light cream cheese and low fat ranch and it still turned out great. I'll be maaking this again soon.
