T Bird's Beef Jerky

I made this recipe and "Jerky Lover's Jerky" recipe. Followed each one exactly. We did not like this one as the taste was too strong and there was WAY too much powder (onion and garlic) left on the meat. The other recipe was perfect to our taste and the texture was great! If the powder was reduced, it might make a difference but really, the taste was not to our liking!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

My husband said it was delicious...top restaurant quality pasta! Made it with rotini cause that's what I had. I added sliced kalamata olives and basil since I didn't have cilantro. LOTS of taste!!!!

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

«Oooh my god! This is the best thing I've ever eaten in my life!» is the comment I got from one co-worker who tried it.....everybody loved it soooo much. They all asked for the recipe. I followed the recipe exactly as it was.

Baked Seafood Au Gratin

Excellent! I served this to my parents and brother for Christmas and they absolutely loved it. It was full of seafood....I added a pound of lobster and used a pound of scallops instead of half....Delicious!!! I used about a quarter cup less flour for the mixture so it wouldn't get to pasty....worked good. It is the second time I make this recipe and everybody loved it....Will make it again in the near future...probably in the summer when the seafood it fresh.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Absolutely delicious! This was my first time making a home made artichoke dip and everybody loved it! I mixed the mozarella cheese in with everything so it wouldn't make a crust on top. Served it with sliced baguette....Mmmmm...mmm. I loooved it! This will be in my recipe book for a long time.
