Lentil Soup
This is a wonderful recipe. My picky kids who usually are -meat and potatoes with nothing touching eachother kids- they liked it! MUST substitute water for VEGGIE broth.

I agree that people must not be juicing their limes. I had to strong arm the little limes on my juicing bowl and this recipe came out great using only 3 limes. It was very light and refreshing. Then I put in one extra lime to see the difference and that sent my 3 year old daughter over the edge to a sour face. So use your elbow and juice those limes for a nice, refreshing summer drink!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa
Excellent recipe! I was a little skeptical because I'm not a huge fan of red bell peppers but it didn't matter. We loved it! I can hardly ever please my kids at dinner but with this recipe 3 out of 4 kids loved it. That might not even be a fair assessment as I know he was busy dreaming of the "candy bar pie" we were having for dessert : ) Anyway-- it was wonderful, even in the midde of winter, made in a pan on the stove. The nice thing about this is I really don't think you can mess this up. Its very easy and versatile. Thank you!!!!
