Easy Strawberry Dessert

Reviewed: May 31, 2011
This recipe was easy and was gone in minutes at our camp dinner. But I think a casserole pan was to big. I got a round angel cake and divided it in thirds and there was no way a third even covered bottom.so I took it out and put it in a lg bowl. Next time I make it and I will :) I will double recipe and put in cass pan. There were some there that didnt even get to try it,that is how fast it went, butthen again when I make something for dessert they know it will be good lol

made chocolate cake from scratch, and also this frosting. It came out perfect.I used heavy cream only because I needed to use it up. If you follow as written you should not have any problems. Mom's Amazing Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
very good sauce.made as recipe states, but next time i def will put lots fresh garlic cloves in it, personal pref, and instead of water I will use beef broth.I remember rachael ray using it in some of her sauces.and a friend gave me a good tip cook it on 250 degrees in oven for 8 hours.no stirring just let it go.unlike a crock pot doesnt make it to juicy, and on stove top u kinda have to watch it

thx baking nana for the help with your recipe. It turned out delicious to quote my BF and niece. I made 2 small ones.perfect size for us .I think I could have baked it 5 min longer or so. and then BF covered it says is the way his mom used to.It lost some crispness that way but still very good.I worried about using yeast for nothing :)

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
Always wanted to make these. And they are so easy to make.I bought the milk chocolate melting disks a pound of those.I melted them at half power in 1 minute increments to melt choc. For tthose afraid of burning choc the microwave is the way to go real easy. I wanted to use the styrofoam but did not have any, so I just layed them on wax paper. Oh and I did not use the shortening. Next time I will buy styrofoam see if I can get them to look professional :)

very easy and yummy. I used white choc candy disks. Melted on half power until melted. Also you only need 6 cookies for crumbs on top. And when dipping them I used a 2 prong fork worked perfect for me. I did not freeze dough before rolling I did freeze after rolling for 15 minutes.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
these were easy i did make adjustments per some reviews. I added 1/4 tsp salt and 1tsp vanilla. Also be careful mine burnt in 8 mins. made another batch and lowered temp to 350 for 8 mins. no problems with having to chill dough and or it swimming in butter. maybe someone put 3/4 pound in instead of 3/4 cup
