My cooking triumphs
I travel to Russia frequently, rent an apartment and thus can cook. Their markets have very little compared to what ours have. Almost nothing in regards to herbs and spices....etc. Not even olive oil until 3 months ago in St petersburg!! They get better each time I go every 6 months or so. It has been a challenge because of lack of ingredients or lack of kitchen equipment , but I have become pretty good at wowing the locals with my creations. They haven't tasted anything like much of what I serve they really like it.
My cooking tragedies
Much to numerous to mention!!!!
