Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is fantastic. I have used sour cream in place of mayo. Everyone loves this when i make it as a dip for chips or mini pitas or veggies! I also finely grate cheddar or mozzarella in place of parmesan. Love it!

I really enjoyed this quick and simple recipe. And as it turns out, it works with whatever chips you have on hand. I had almost no chocolate chips, but did use white chocolate, peanut butter, butterscotch and another one that wasn't labelled :) other than I scorched it, they were smooth and tasty. Definitely will line the pan with parchment next time. Co-workers all appreciated the treat!

Meringue Mushrooms

I really enjoyed these. I've never made meringue cookies before, and was a little skeptical. The hardest part was putting them together. And it wasn't hard - just time consuming. I used white chocolate to glue them together as that's all I had on hand. I will definitely be making them again! I like being able to make different sizes, sprinkled with cinnamon, or crushed candycane - there's so many variations in the reviews, they can be customized for any occasion! Thank you!!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

works every time! I don't follow the seasoning directions exactly, and sometimes I don't season at all! I always end up with a moist and tender roast. I often shred or slice thinly to make aujus sandwiches or similar recipes calling for shredded or thin sliced beef. This is one super easy recipe! Thank you!

Water Chestnuts Wrapped in Bacon

The cooking time was MUCH longer than 12 minutes (closer to 30-40 minute), and I didn't like them when they first came out of the oven. I thought they were too salty. I even used reduced salt bacon! However, that being said, I served them the following day after a quick reheat in the microwave, and my guests were quite happy. These taste just the way they are supposed to! Next time I make them, I will add a little sugar just to cut the salt flavour a bit. This was exactly the recipe I was looking for, thanks for posting!
