Blueberry Zucchini Bread
This is the second year I've used this recipe. We love it. I've made it per the instructions the first time and loved it. Then I made it with 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar (dropped 1/4 cup, and used 3 cups of zucchini and added 1/2 cup of chopped pecans. It was super fantastic. Next I'm going to try the 1/2 oil and 1/2 applesauce and try using Splenda. Thank you Laujra for a great recipe.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup
I have made this many times...exactly by the recipe and also customized my own with what I had on hand. I do like to add the ranch mix, black beans and great northern beans and also usually double this recipe. I made it for our family reunion weekend and not a drop left. Also its even better the next day.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
I have used this recipe for 2 years now and we love it! I have changed it slightly. I do not use the lemon juice, use splenda instead of sugar and instead of the sharp cheddar, I use a blend of colby and jack shredded cheese and black pepper to taste. I occasionally add sunflower seeds and raisins. Great recipe.
