Quick Yeast Rolls
I didn't have AP flour so used half whole wheat and half bread flour. The texture was just OK, but that may have been because of my flour substitutes so I am not basing the stars on that. I give this recipe 4 stars because it is quite bland. I would increase the salt next time by half tsp and use butter, margarine or butter flavored shortening in place of regular shortening. I loved that these were done in less than 2 hours. Also, my dough was not too wet. A tad sticky, but nothing like cake batter like others have mentioned. It was a sticky bread dough, nothing less. Perhaps due to the flours I used. Will make again with my prior noted adjustments. Thanks.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
One of the best cookies to ever touch my mouth! Use real butter, it's worth it here.

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
Really, really outstanding cookie. I used regular whole wheat flour, sifted, instead of whole wheat pastry flour. The only other thing different I did was I used Smart Balance 50/50 butter blend instead of margarine, and I used milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate chips. This cookie is near perfection! Soft and chewy with buttery-crispy edges. Nice and fluffy but not cakey. Excellent!
