I always loved scalloped potatoes, but my husband never cared for them. I decided to try them. I followed the recipe to a T ... however, I used italian seasoned chicken broth because that's what I had on hand. Excellent. My husband and son raved. Will definitely make it again. Best part... it's SO EASY! Although you need a little extra time since it bakes for two hours.... FIVE STARS... Thank you!

Chicken Pot Pie II

Corwynn: I am giving your recipe 5 stars! I made it tonight and everyone loved it. The only change I would make is to add a little less thyme. My husband loves the flavor of thyme, yet said it was a little too thymey. I agreed. I also would like to try it with a bottom crust as well as a top. I used left over roasted chicken, because I had it, and that's usually what I use to make my "old" chicken pot pie. Also, just want to note for the record that I copied your little "heart" on top of the pie. You need to make the heart a little bigger, because it shrinks . Chicken Puffs

I couldn't wait to try this recipe. I was a little disappointed because like other cooks, I found it a little bland. I will definitely make it again, but will add spinich and some spices. Overall, very nice recipe..

Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

I followed the recipe exactly, except that I put in 2 cups of cheddar, and added some other cheese that I grated. I still think there could have been more cheese in it. HOWEVER, it was still very delicious, not bland as some complained of. I will definitely make it again, but add more cheese next time. Thanks for a quick and easy receipt!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This was very good. My daughter swears it was the best chicken she's ever had (she's 20)... I wouldn't use canned spinach next time... too spinach-y! With fresh, I'm sure it will be even more delicious

Greens with Hot Bacon Dressing

Perfect! I followed the instructions exactly, and everyone at my get-together raved about the dressing... Very good, very simple. You can make it ahead.. I cooked the bacon in the morning, diced it, and reserved the fat for later. It was fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend this recipe and will make it again and again...

Stuffed Peppers

When I have made stuffed peppers in the past, I have microwaved them, the chopped beef was raw, and the rice was Minute Rice. I actually enjoyed this recipe, but I think I may go back to my old way....but thanks for sharing

Artichoke Chicken

Was sent this recipe by a friend. I tried it tonight. It was not a big hit with my son. However, since spinach is loved by everyone in the house, I'm going to try adding some spinach sauteed in olive oil and onions and use that instead of the artichokes. (Artichokes are not the most loved vegy around here.) Will keep you posted on the spinach version
