Good muffin, not too sweet. I used 2 bananas and half whole wheat flour /half all purpose flour. Will make again.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
It's good but the pickle flavor is not very strong in my opinion. It needs something. It is very moist though and I would make it again once I figure out what else to add. I'd double the sauce recipe and maybe add some pickles to the loaf itself.

Cranberry Puffs

Fantastic. I'm not a cranberry lover but found these to be delicioua. Loved the jalapeno flavor as well-it was just the right amount of spice. Will definitely be making these again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
I got about 11 small muffins out of my batter. The muffins didn't rise as much as I thought they would but they still tasted good. I will definitely make these again.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
I had to add (as others have said) much more milk and corn syrup. The recipe is not right as written. I gave it 3 stars only because the ingredients are good. As written the recipe itself would be one star. Only after you alter the amounts to get the right consistency does the recipe become useable. At that point the frosting is beautiful.

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
This is a good recipe. It could be spicier though. I did end up removing the cover and letting it simmer another 30 minutes or so to reduce the sauce.

Banana Split Cake IV

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2008
I didn't use the strawberry glaze and I made my own whipped cream. I also added some chocolate sauce that I made. It came out good. I would definitely make this again.

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
Great recipe. I used two chipotles and the spice was just right. Not too hot at all. I also omitted the cilantro simply because my husband doesn't eat cilantro. I would definitely make this again.

Orange Cranberry Biscotti

Reviewed: May 22, 2008
This is a very good recipe for biscotti. It came out really nice. I followed the directions exactly except I didn't add cinnamon. The biscotti were crunchy but not terribly hard. Great recipe.

These are good. I wouldn't say they are the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had but they are good. I'd make them again.
