Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

This ice cream has a wonderful consistency. I made it following the directions exactly and then again with 1% milk in place of the condensed milk but with an extra 1/3 cup of sugar. Both ways were great. I also chopped up reeses cups and added during the last 5 minutes in the ice cream maker.

This is a fantastic recipe. I added about 1/4 cup of hot wing sauce to the egg and buttermilk mixure just to spice it up a bit.

Tofu Parmigiana

Not good, i followed the recipe exactly for making the tofu and breading and it was very bland. I added extra mozzarella and i added ricotta to ensure a nice and cheesy meal but i couldn't eat it. I normally like tofu but this was not good.

Braided Easter Egg Bread

I made this today but started the process last night and it turned out wonderful! After i divided the dough into two balls i refrigerated the dough with a damp towel and then saran wrapped it. The next day i turned on the oven and set the dough on the counter near the oven to let it rise. I followed the rest of the recipe and it was delicious.
