Chip Chicken Lollipops

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
I have done a similar one by stringing chicken breast strips on wooden skewers, brushing with egg wash and rolling them in the chips and baking them. Great for kid's parties! They love anything they can pick up with their fingers. Even my "tween" granddaughter loves it.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
I made a batch of these for a picnic last weekend, went over so well made another batch for a cookout the next day. I didn't add the second batch of batter, just dropped the cream cheese onto the batter and baked it. A real easy dessert for kids and a keeper recipe.

Farm Macaroons

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2007
Not bad tasting but nothing like a macaroon, more like a meringue with coconut in it. Hard to eat because it is so flaky.

Chocolate Cheesecake I

My family loved this cheesecake. I mixed some blueberries and strawberries together and served them next to the cheesecake. I will use this one often.

Bread Bowls

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
I tried this recipe with bean soup for my family and it was so good I now am making 75 of them for a church dinner! We loved eating the bowls once the soup was gone, very tasty bread! We will be putting Brunswick Stew and/or Beef Stew in these.

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2006
I tried this recipe last night. I didn't have any pork chops so used chicken breast and apple juice instead of wine..didn't have that either:) I took a package of cooked rice from the freezer where I always have some cooked on hand, mixed that with the juices in the pan and had a wonderful meal. Would love trying it with some mushrooms and onions next.
