Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2006
This recipe is delicious! I used this sauce and added browned CHICKEN, WHITE WINE, and SUN DRIED TOMATOES. Also! I used grated pecorino/Romano cheeses. I let it cook an additinal 20 minutes and had to add a little extra cheese to thicken it up. MAGNIFICO! Tasted like it was restauravt quality! 5* no doubt

Renaissance Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2006
!! Ok, iF you like them that way... try THIS! Slice the shrimp straight down the middle. Put a small slice of MOZZARELLA CHEESE IN THE MIDDLE and then wrap the bacon around the shrimp tightly. Stick a toothpick in and grill up! Some of the cheese may melt out but be sure to wrap it tightly with the bacon. Cheese makes everything taste better!!

These mushrooms are OUTSTANDING! I made them once and went shopping again the next day for the ingredients to make it again! ADDICTING. The only things I did differently was use green onions in place of regular onions(I'm not big on eating onions but do like the flavor), I also put the mushroom caps on a plate & nuked them till soft.....Just wonderful! Don't think about it, just make'em!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
This is absolutely delicious! I made this once with the sour cream and just made it again tonight but didn't have any sour cream so I just mixed the garlic, spinach, and cheese together and I also used turkey breasts instead of chicken....very very tastey. My hubby INHALED it! I'll continue to make this dish.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
This was good! NO NEED TO ADD SALT THOUGH! I didn't and it was FINE. I used sharp cheddar AND American cheese, a sprinkle of onion powder, basil and I used town house butter crackers instead of bread crumbs. I used cream of chicken soup cuz its all I had and it came out good. I'll make this again from time to time for something different

Old-Fashioned Cheese Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2008
This is delicious! Close to what my mom used to make. Only things I did different was GRATE a 1/2 onion and saute it with the butter. Added dried basil and about 7 SLICES of American cheese. After I poured the cheese sauce onto the potatoes I sprinkled paprika on the top. Great!!!! And NOW it tastes like my mom used to make. Wonderful recipe!! Try throwing in some well done bacon or even deli honey ham for even MORE flavor!!

Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
Very Tastey! I DID thaw FROZEN broccoli in the microwave, strain and pushed down to get the water out. WORKED PERFECTLY and took less time to soften while sauteeing with the GRATED 1/2 onion. (the onion flavor melts right into the quiche when grated!)I also added honey maple ham and threw in some fresh basil. I substituted heavy cream for the milk and WOWZERS! THIS QUICHE turned out SLAMMIN! Afew TWEAKS and it can be even better than the original recipe! Marvelous! My taste buds thank you.
