Perfect Sushi Rice

This is great, I'm going to use it every time I make sushi. I didn't add the oil because I only noticed it now, but it worked fine so I'll leave it out next time too. At first I thought the rice was too sweet, but it works perfectly in the sushi.

Vegetarian Korma

I've made this recipe twice in the last 2 weeks and I love it. It's so easy and delicious. The first time I made it for my boyfriend, I used less potato and added some baby squash and substituted the cream with rice milk. The second time I made it for my parents with chicken. I used coconut milk this time and no green pepper.
