Blueberry Dump Cake
I loved this! My friends and family did too. So simple. I followed previous reviews and placed thin slices of butter over the mix. A little more time, but I prefer that the "crust" be more uniform.

Glazed Corned Beef
I was very reluctant to do this for my family, but everyone (old and young) LOVED IT! Thanks :) I thought it was great too. I love corned beef and it was nice to have it changed up a bit. For those who are weary...just give it a chance :) I did boil it first in a water beer mix because I was worried about it being dryed out in the oven, and then I baked it for about 30 min with the glaze.

Chocolate Bar Fondue
This is awesome! I have made it for years and Feel guilty for not rating sooner. It makes tons of chocolate so it's great for a large party, otherwise I would 1/2 the recipe. I dip pretzels, cake, fruits, marshmellows (then roll in crushed grahm crackers) and pretty much anything else. People love when I bring this to their house. I usually bring it in a glass bowl and microwave it on 50% for 2 minutes then 30 second increments and stir between until smooth. It stays melted for quite some time without being heated in a fondue pot.
