Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2011
Excellent!! The only thing I did differently was I put the chicken breasts in frozen and didn't cube them. EASY! The best part was that my 7 year old LOVED it!

Garlic Beef or Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2010
This is my recipe. For some reason the butter measurement is missing. It calls for 1/3 C butter. Also, you can use one or two small cans of the tomato sauce. It just depends on your personal preference.

Greek-Style Rib Eye Steaks

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
This was a mouthful of flavor!! The seasoning combination is awesome! I will be trying it on other types and cuts of meat. The only thing I didn't use were the black olives only b/c we don't care for them. Thanks for the recipe!! It's a keeper!

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
This recipe was AWESOME and EASY!! The chicken was juicy and the sauce was really good. It gave the mushrooms and onion such good flavor. I used Reisling for the white wine. My husband absolutely loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2008
I have had a few different white chicken chili recipes and this one was by far the best! I did make some adjustments. When cooking the chicken I sprinkled garlic salt on it. I also did not put in the jalepenos in and only put in a pinch of cayenne pepper. I didn't want it too spicy due to having a 4 year old. With those adjustments, it was still very flavorful and delicious!

Chicken In Sour Cream

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
I loved this recipe and so did the rest of my family. It was very easy and it was different from your typical chicken casserole dish. I think the dill in the sauce is what made this dish.

Very good and easy to prepare!! I used swiss cheese instead of parmesan. My husband really liked them, too.

Hot Chocolate Mix I

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
This was a great start, but I tweaked it a lot by using suggestions from previous entries. I used 3 cups choc. drink mix, 1/2 C. french vanilla creamer, 1/2C. regular creamer, 1/4C. unsweetened cocoa, 1 bag of semi-sweet baking chips, 3/4 bag of small marshmallows and 1 large milk chocolate hershey bar shaved. Another idea I had was instead of using choc. chips and shaved chocolate, use the chopped Andi's candies to make mint hot chocolate.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2006
Good, quick and easy recipe. I made a couple changes due to what I had at home. I used colby jack cheese and bread crumbs instead of stuffing. It worked just fine.

Turkey Goulash

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
This was good. I added a red bell pepper to the recipe. I also used whole wheat riggatoni. It isn't the most flavorful dish, but it is healthy and I enjoyed it and will make it again. The most important thing to me is that my three year old ate it.

Vegetable Whip

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
I loved this recipe. The only changes I made were that I subtituted the turnip with 1/4 of a head of cauliflower. I also added chicken bouillion to the water that I boiled the veggies in. Very flavorful!

Pear Pie III

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2006
I liked this pie. However, I followed the recipe of one of the reviewers. I also used 1/3 C butter and 1/3 C sugar and I also used 6 pears. When I make it again I will add cinnamin to the custard to add a little more flavor. I did sprinkle cinnamin and sugar on the top of the pie once it came out of the oven. that added a little more flavor. My husband LOVED it!

This recipe was good. However, I followed one of the reviewer's recipe. I used 6 pears, 1/3 cup butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Next time, I think I would use cinnamin in the custard. I did sprinkle cinnamin and sugar on the top of the pie once it came out of the oven. It gave it a little more flavor. My husband LOVED it!

I loved this recipe and so did everybody that I served it to. Even my picky 3 year old who normally refuses veggies. the only thing I did differently was I did not add the sherry or the parsley. I will make this again for sure!!
