Quick and Easy Brownies
Fantastic! Had a craving for brownies and this was super easy to make. I added a handful of chocolate chips to it and realized that I forgot an put in the full amount of flour instead of cutting back like others suggested. I added a handful of chocolate melts to see if it would thin it out a little but it didn't. I baked in a glass dish and it came out BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Tastes awesome!!!!

Fluffy Pancakes
THESE ARE FANTASTIC!!!! I made these just the way it's written and everyone gobbled them up in my house. I made a second batch which I put out on a couple of cookie sheets in the freezer. Once they were individually frozen, I put them all in a freezer bag - the kids buttered them, poured on some homemade syrup and zapped them in the microwave for 30 seconds - they still taste great :)

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
THIS IS FABULOUS! It's a simple recipe that you can add to or eat AS IS :) I followed the recommendations of TEVANS211 and didn't change a thing...except a little vanilla. I did beat my eggs and then add milk, melted butter and vanilla but since my butter was warm I didn't mix it with the eggs til after the milk. I double sifted which made them SO fluffy - everyone loved them and we made an extra batch to freeze :)
