Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
I love this!!!! I used peanut butter instead of butter and it was way too soft to form in to a ball so I lined a bowl with wrap and let set for 2 days in fridge (it wont set hard so best to make a few days in advance if using peanut butter) then fliped over on to my serving plate...I rolled it in chocolate chips and pecans before I refridgerated it. I served with chocolate teddy gramhams...was wonderful.

Super Duper Easy Apple Cake
This was really good! I used Lite sugar free cinnamon applesause instead of oil. My cake mix asked for 3 eggs. I use one whole egg and three egg whites...was very yummy

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
I made this for my mom's Thanksgiving yesterday it was amazing. Is the best pumpkin pie I have ever made. I did add an extra tablespoon of cinnimmon though cause I love the taste of it
