Crisp Apples with Citrus Dressing

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2013
I used the measurements just as stated but used an orange because that was all I had. I also diced some of the oranges and added them. It was great and oh so easy! Thanks

Braised Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
Everyone except my almost vegetarian daughter loved it. She did like the gravy on her potatoes though. I added more broth and cornstarch to make more gravy since my family are big gravy eaters.

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2010
was very good and flavorful. Used real garlic and taragon vinegar since i didnt have red wine vinegar. Trimmed most of the fat off of the beef before cooking. Just dumped the ingredients in the crockpot stirred it up, tossed in the beef, rolled it around a bit to cover, put on the lid and a few hours later a delightful dinner emerged.

Weeknight Lasagne Toss

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2010
This was super good. It is a versatile recipe. I used chicken instead of beef because that was all I had. I also cooked the chicken and bell peppers with some onions in a skillet and cooked the noodles (didnt have oven ready). Then combined everything in the skillet but omitted the water, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese and served it up. Everyone loved it.

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
I did a little changing. I used my own canned pie apples and omitted the butter since I used half and half instead of the milk. It was very good.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
Very good. The whole family loved it. I took the advice of others and added butter to the bread crumbs and I also added garlic powder and I baked it in a pan with a drizzle of sauce on the bottom. I sprinkled cheese on top for the last 5 minutes. It was crispy and delish!
