I have to give four stars because my kids love it. I marinated the chicken overnight in a little bit of the honey mustard mix and we were out of dijon mustard so we only use regular classic yellow mustard. Overall, I think it is OK. Would not mind making it again for them.

Quick Chicken Piccata

My husband was the one who found the recipe and decided to try it. I don't even like chicken breast and this turned out AMAZING! We added a little bit sugar since the sauce was a tad too sour for us.

Chinese Steamed Buns

I wish the bun is a little bit sweeter. But despite my own doubts looking at it, the taste after the steaming is done is PRETTY GOOD!

Amish White Bread

My four year old son said this is MANY, MANY REALLY, REALLY GOOD bread! I did not reduce the sugar and the loaves taste really good. I even forgot to add sugar early, so I added it after I mix the salt and oil.

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

I did what the others suggest by separating the eggs and folding the soft peak white eggs at the end. I forgot to cut down the sugar, but it turned out good. It is not as sweet as I thought I would be with the original sugar in the recipe. I used cream cheese icing with slices of strawberries all over the edge and between the layers.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

I made this one for my bestfriend and she loves it (so does her husband)! Even my husband tried it and he doesn't care much about oatmeal and cinnamon and he said this is good!
