This was an easy recipe. I used mini bundt pans so they turned out more like muffins. I cooked for about 18 minutes. My 2 year old loves muffins and he can hold these in his hand. I used 1/2 cup applesauce and a 1/2 cup oil. They turned out very moist. Everyone loved them.
