Southern Candied Sweet Potatoes

Delicious! I made this according to the recipe and it was enjoyed by everyone. Next time I will reduce the sugar, it was a bit too sweet for me. But it carmelized beautifully and the potatoes were a good texture.

Cranberry Brisket

I made this and, unfortunately, did not care for it. The vinegar in the dressing and the tartness of the cranberries didn't meld well nor make it a savory dish.

All Day Apple Butter

Delicious! So easy to make! I used a variety of apples since we had bushels of all different kinds from our apple picking trip. I used Rome, Jonathan, Macintosh, Granny Smith and Honey Crisp and it was wonderful. Definitely passing this receipe on to others =)

Sweet Corn Bread

Don't let the number of ingredients fool you, this recipe really was easy to make. It held together nice and wasn't crumbly at all. I added green chiles to the 2nd batch I made and it was delicious. Definitely a keeper!
