Bulgur Wheat with Dried Cranberries

Good, simple recipe, but too salty. Like other reviewers, next time I would just use one cube of bouillon (1 tsp).

Excellent! Who knew two super healthy veggies could taste so good together? The Parmesan is wonderful with this dish. It made just enough for 3 people.

Islander Artichoke and Spinach Dip

This was easy and delicious! I didn't do the bread--just made the dip. I substituted plain yogurt for half the mayo and it tasted great.

I'm surprised this has such a good rating because no one follows the recipe! It calls for SO much sugar! I used 1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown and it was plenty sweet. I also only used 1/3 cup oil and added 2/3 cup applesauce. THEN it was perfect!!

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Loved them!! Great that you can use different flavors of pudding. I only had 4-serving size boxes (1 oz each) so I used two and the cookies turned out well.

Baked Pork Chops I

LOVED it!! We had 1/2 inch thick chops, so I took the advice of a review to bake them 20/20 mins and they were tender and juicy. I also added sauteed mushrooms on top. Someone else suggested the sauce wasn't enough, but it was perfect for us!
