Ukrainian Cabbage Rolls

These are good, but I do add bacon to the rice. Instead of tomato juice, I use tomato sauce. It is much better than juice - thicker too!

Bechamel Sauce

This was pretty good, but I did change afew things: One must was nutmeg - I probably added about 1-2 tsp. Another was 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. More salt and pepper than the recipe stated as well.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Excellent pancakes - my kids LOVE them! I do add a tsp of vanilla and let the batter sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

My family absolutely loves this recipe! Instead of Monterey Jack cheese, I use Mozza, White Cheddar and Provolone. It is fabulous!

Thunderbird Stew

Honeyed Pork Chops

Excellent recipe! I did not marinade the meat or flip it while cooking, but basting it every 15 minutes made a huge difference! I also used bone-in chops. I will definitely make this again.

This was fabulous! I did add more cookie crumbs for the base, as well as butter to accommodate. I also melted some semi-sweet chocolate and marbled the top. My guests LOVED it! I will definitely be making this again.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

This was a very nice recipe. Instead of garlic powder, I used real minced garlic. I did not have seasoned bread crumbs, so I used plain and added fresh basil and dried thyme. It was wonderful! I found the breasts took alittle longer than what the recipe said. Very good and will definitely make again!
