TO DIE FOR!! LOVE this Pot Roast. I seasoned and browned the meat before adding to the slow cooker. I used a chuck roast that was a bit too fatty so next time I will look for a leaner cut but it was still awsome. I also added white potatoes and carrots to the bottom of the cooker because that is what I like. Served to my family for Christmas eve and everyone loved it and went back for seconds. Thanks for a great recipe.

Wake-Up Casserole

This was good. My dad and sister loved it on Christmas morning. I think I will try the loose hash browns you buy in the bag next time. I ddint love the frozen patties but overall this was a good recipe.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

Made this for a work potluck and it was a hit! I prepared the dish through step 4 minus the cream and refrigerated it overnight. In the morning, I added the cream on top and cooked 30 min. with foil on top and another 15-20 min. without the foil. As other suggested, I also used Chicken Stock instead of water in the recipe and added 1/2 package taco seasoning to the boiling water and the other 1/2 to the saute. Also used small onion and 1/2 pepper jack cheese. It was perfect - very filling but great!

Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

This is my husbands favorite! I always use 2-9inch cake pans and make a round, layered cake. Spectacular, moist cake that gets devoured every time. THANK YOU!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

LOVE THIS! Can't beat it for an easy dessert. I bake mine for 20 min. and sometimes make more filling if I want the pie shell more full. Thanks for a great recipe.

Justin's Macaroni Salad

This salad was a winner at my last party. It is light and different. I hate macaroni salad with too much mayo and eggs. This one only uses a few ingredents with a big impact. No mayo or eggs!! Hurray!
