I made these exactly as the recipe states. Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I have eaten these for breakfast three days in a row and I am looking forward to having one again tomorrow morning! They are wonderfully healthy AND scrumptuous - perfect combination.

Sweet and Gooey Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2007
Didn't like this so much. It seemed to have way too much of a soy sauce taste. I hate to be a negative one, but just didn't care for this too much.

Mexican Rice III

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
Hands down - my family's favorite mexican (or any other) rice recipe!! My 11 year old already asked me to make it for his birthday which isn't until July. I've made it several times, and it comes out absolutely scrumptuous every time!! The only things I do different is I use canned tomatoes with green chili peppers instead of fresh tomatoes and canned, chopped jalapenos instead of fresh - yum!! Gotta double it though - one batch is never enough!!

Steak Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
I absolutely love this recipe. I've made it several times now and have varied it a little bit dependant upon what I have in the fridge vegetable wise, but the sauce is just outstanding so it comes out perfecto every time!! Trust me, try this recipe!!

Bronco Burger

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
I think these were the best burgers I've ever made, although I have to admit, I used canned, chopped jalapenos and I didn't put the steak sauce in because I didn't have any. Next time, I'll put the steak sauce in and my guess is that they'll be even better!!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
What can I say? Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! We love this recipe and will make it again and again!! Only difference I did was to use a whole chicken instead of chicken breast halves - it was a little more work, but worth it cause we love that dark meat!

Really great recipe that you can play with if you want, or leave as is. Either way, its delicious! Sometimes, I make it more of a mexican recipe and add cumin, chili powder and garlic powder - yum!!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! My children loved it and asked me to make it again before they were finished. I don't think I will ever be able to give them the package stuff again. We will definitely make this again and again.

Terry's Texas Pinto Beans

I have made this recipe atleast a dozen times and it comes out awesome every time. My little tweeks: I use canned diced jalapenos to taste and I stick it in the crockpot on low all day. Also, I always soak the beans the night before. Great beans!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2007
No wonder this has five stars with so many reviews - this was DELICIOUS! I brought to a boil and then simmered the leftover marinade as others suggested and used it as a sauce over the shrimp and spaghetti noodles - WOW! Next time I'll double the sauce because it was great.

Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2006
Both my husband and I LOVE this recipe. I use orange marmalade and chicken legs and thighs instead and I don't marinade it because I usually don't have the time. It comes out superb every time and I have made it several times.
