I thought this was fantastic. I'm fairly new to slow cookers, and I had not been all that impressed with how all the pot roast / french dip recipes taste the same, but this was a great surprise!
I'm from Texas and thus have high standards for BBQ, and this definitely met them.
I used about three pounds of chicken breasts, a bottle of Emeril's original BBQ sauce, a 1/2 cup of Cardini Italian dressing, Annie's organic Worcestshire sauce, brown sugar, a yellow onion, and a few cloves of garlic. I rotated the chicken breasts after 3.5 hours and shredded them after 6.
