Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
My husband made this along with maple dill carrots. F'n YUMMM! The rub alone on the chops also works nicely, but reduction sauce - really yummy :) The carrots sounded nasty, but I must admit, were the bomb. Cooking temperature is crucial - go for Medium - worked best for me not to burn the outside, and still keep a medium rare inside. Cheers:) Eat the sheep!

Very simple & delicious recipe! Chicken was very moist, & husband dipped it it ranch and raved about it. Will definitely make again!

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
Excellent! I doubled the recipe and made the rolls the night before. A big hit at my party and they were fun to make. I will try to roll the pinwheels a little tighter next time, but they still stayed together and looked great!

Hot Clam Dip II

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
I doubled the recipe and baked it for the recommended time in a casserole dish. It was really good and a big hit at my party. I served it in a warming dish with french bread slices that I broiled in the oven to toast. Delicious!

Kerri's Holiday Punch

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
Yummy! Left out the food coloring and lemon juice. I made this once before and thought it was too citrusy with the lemon juice. Try freezing the orange and lemon slices to help keep the punch cold. A Keeper!

The Best Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2010
Excellent recipe! This was my first time making potato salad and it turned out great. I cut the salt in half and added chopped celery (instead of the celery seed) to give it a little crunch. Definitely a keeper.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
Yum. I made the night before and took it to my in-laws house for dinner. I put half the cheese in the mix and saved to other half to put on top right before throwing it in the oven. Also doubled the crumb topping. Worked great to make in advance (except topping). Everyone loved it.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
This was great! I used a cup and a half for the bottom layer, and the layers turned out even. I also used pumpkin pie filling (with all the spices already in it) and just added a little cinnamon. This is a really good and easy recipe!
