Best Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce

Very good recipe. For personal preference, I'll cut sugar back to apx 3/4 cup (especially if we have the sauce). I used hamburger rolls, and next time I'll use a shallow pan to increase the crispy too. :).

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Great cookie! I used my mixer(a whole way through (a Kitchen Aid....it's a sticky dough. I don't have the arm strength to hand mix!) and added a pinch of salt. They don't spread and so I could place them close together on the tray.

Busy Day Barbeque Brisket

This was ok, but definately not what I'd call barbeque. The flavor was too much "cuminy". I dont imagine making it again.

Chocolate Nut Biscotti

Fine taste, but way too sticky a dough to work with. I like the consistency of raw dough (and the biscotti itself) better when i use the cinnamon biscotti recipe also from this site, and will modify that one for chocolate.

No Bakes

I've made these cookies for years, the only difference is that I add 1 c. of coconut when asdding the oatmeal, etc. The coconut gives them a chewier texture.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I made the recipe as presented, but the dough was so sticky that I added an additional 1/4 c. flour and refridgerated for about an hour. These needed the full 10 minutes (perhaps because the dough was chilled). Good cookie, but I will add another t. of ginger and a shake more of clove to the recipe to increase the kick. After I made these, I saw the suggestion of replacing the water witg a liqueur and will def try that too.
