Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Wow! We loved these! I marinated my chicken with full serving marinade and then I marinated my fruit/veges separate. I doubled the marinade amount for the fruit/veges and I used fresh pineapple, mushrooms, yellow pepper, and red onion. After I took veges from marinade I made a paste for basting by adding 1 Tsp cornstarch and bringing to boil. I served with coconut rice (1 and 1/2 cups white rice, 1 and 1/2 cups water, 1 can coconut milk and 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar depending on taste, bring to boil then cover and simmer til liquid gone about 15 to 20 minutes) My husband said it was better than the $80 meal we got at the hawaiian restaurant.

Pro Ganache

I used this to top a chocolate cheesecake. I followed the recipe exactly and found it easy and yummy. It covered up all the imperfections on my cheesecake so it looked like I bought it from a bakery. I will definitely make this again thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake

I loved this recipe it was rich, chocolatey and delicious. I did have trouble with the crust and I think it would be easier to spread with melted butter instead of softened. I used amaretto instead of coffee liquor and I topped mine with ganache instead of the topping used here. It tastes very similar to a cheesecake from a local restaurant that we pay $6 a slice for!
