Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2013
This fish was bland, but crunchy. It definitley needs more seasoning. It's ok for a basic recipe, it just needs a little something extra.

Thai Quivering Tenderloins

I'm sorry but with all those flavors I thought that it would have a much better taste. The peanut butter overwhelms the entire dish.

Lebanese Chicken and Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
I followed the recipe, but all I could taste is lemon. The flavor did not mix well with chicken and potatoes.

This recipe is wonderful. As written, the recipe is really good. The only thing I changed is I added another half pack of taco seasoning. Thank You for the recipe!

White Texas Sheet Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
This cake is so good! It is very moist and rich. I followed the recipe for the cake, but I used a 9X13 inch pan. I also cut back on the frosting. Thanks for the recipe!

Really sweet, but good. I cut back on the butter, and it was plenty. Thanks.

I would like it to have been a little sweeter. But this is good for a quick dessert.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
I'm sorry but I didn't like this recipe. It's quick and easy, but I don't like the sour cream base. I cut way back on the cayenne because I like just a little kick.

Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
My kids ate this without complaining, so I give it 4 stars. When I make this again, I would cut down on the sugar. I also doubled the sauce.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
This is really good. I didn't expect this to be so good. Seems like a wierd combination with the red wine vinegar and lime juice. Thanks for a good, fast recipe.

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
My family loves this lasagna. They asked that I don't make lasagna with red sauce anymore! The sauce is very bland so extra spices are necessary. I don't use ricotta cheese because my family doesn't like it. Thanks for the recipe.

Fluffy Biscuits

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
This is the only biscuit recipe I use. They are not as good as my great grandmas recipe, but my family still likes them! My kids always ask for more when I make these. I use butter instead of the shortening. I also bake them at about 400 degrees instead of 450. Thanks for the recipe!

Gunline Coffee

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
It's ok, but cut way back on the cinnamon and nutmeg. Actually I wish I would have left them out. These spices take over the taste of everything else.
