Stuffed Pasta sheels, Chicken Salad on Croissants, Banana Pudding, Cornbread Casserole, Broccoli Casserole, Lasagne, Beef Enchiladas, Pork Chops and Rice, Hamburger Casserole, Italian Beef in slow cooker, Chili, Veg Beef Soup, Coconut Cream and Chocolate pies, German Chocolate Brownies Christmas and Thanksgiving, my favorite because my family all joins in for one fantastic meal bringing with them a favorite but e supplying the main meal itself. I love it to cook for my family, it pleases me to see them enjoying it and their faces light yup when they like it, or love it. I cooked one Christmas for 42 peole and pulled it off all by myself at the age of 28, that to me would be an accomplishment at any age but when your that young, your busy working, trying to raise a family, at the time I did this, I had 3 children, a husbnd not working, me working 2 jobs and going to school and selling hristmas Around the Word on top of it all, Now thats an accomplishment. Whoo, I got tired typing it and stll can't believe I did all that. Of course, I tribute my being unable to work now to many times like these. I wanted to go out and eat but my husband said no we needed to stay home, sooo, I started cooking he wanted Salisbury Steaks, why we couldn't go out he was craving these which I'd never made before, I started cooking them, put peeled potatoes on to boil for mashed potatoes, bean, corn and the meat started scorching so while Im taking care of that, I was cooking in the amber colored glass pans, not recommended since mined just cracked and broke with water and all everywhere, needless to say, we ate out that night, while I threw pots and pans full in the sick and threw in the towel.
