Russian Eggplant

I've never cooked eggplant myself, but I figured I'd give it a go here. This. was. Delicious. I made small adjustments as other reviews suggested. Sauteed onions in olive oil with salt pepper, oregano(and threw in a few mushrooms) and sauteed the tomato slices for maybe a minute each(added garlic powder and oregano there too.) Did not boil the eggplant. Will definitely make again

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

I only scaled it down(still too much for 2 people, gotta remember not cooking for 6 now!) and left out green onions just because i didn't have any. A+ to go with a steak :)

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

Perfect. The only change i make on occasion is to add crumbled cooked bacon and omit the swiss cheese (use 1/2 pound cheddar/colby mix), just personal preference. As is, it is excellent as well.

Claire's Yummy Crepes

I am not very good with using flour, so i just use pancake mix and add milk to allow it to thin out and it works perfectly!! what I'm having trouble with is a delicious inside. I want something with cottage cheese, fruit or cream cheese/sour cream, i just don't know how to mix it all up. if anyone has any ideas let me know! (great crepes)

it's a good idea for the base of a recipe. Instead of the "gravy" using mexican cheese works. for the inside, add your own "extras" i use spinach, tomato and mushrooms(canned) let it bake for the 30 mins, cover in cheese, then another 3-5 minutes is good.
