I loved this soup. I however did not add the pasta, because I wanted a totaly creamy soup, and I used my hand held blender to puree. It was very tasty.

These are great. I had them at a wedding reception once and asked the caterer how to make them. She just told me they were simiple and only had sausage and cream cheese in them. i couldn't believe something so good had so few ingredients. Can't wait to have them again...

Tasty Collard Greens

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
These are the best the same way I always cook mine. Of course being southern, we sometimes add fat back or bacon for flavoring also. Also if you find you greens with just a little bitter taste, I learned this trick from my granmother add about1 TBSP honey, srupor brown sugar. People who usually complain about the bitterness witll eat it when I add the sweet. Thanks...

Real Southern Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
I never thought I would find a recipe for southern cornbread anywhere on-line. Everyone always adds sugar, and being southern we just don't do sweet cornbread too well. It is fantastic. Just a note: When using buttermilk to cook the inside gets done, but it is more moist and some people mistake that for not being done...Love it thanks...

This is tasty. The only thing I did differently was I used regular hamburger, I do not like pre-formed frozen patties.

Mustard Cheese Spread

My son adores mustard..He eats it on everything. Unfortunately he hates onions, so I omitted the onion and just used a little onion powder, but he devoured it. He took it to a school party and came back home without even the bowl...

Murphy Steaks

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
It is hard to stop saying this but you are using some of my favorite ingredients. I think I put garlic in everything. This is mouthwatering. The last time I did these I added a little butter in the holes with the garlic just to make it even juicier. I had throat surgery and the juicier the meat the easier it is to go down....Wxcellent flavor!!!!
