J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
I followed the recipe exactly but mine still turned out a bit dense. Otherwise though they were very good.

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie
This was really good but I did make a couple changes. First I cooked the bottom shell for a few minutes before filling it so it wouldn't be doughy. I added more starch and it took only a few minutes to thicken. I also added more chicken, veggies and I added onions. I think next time I will also turn up the heat cause at 325 it took forever for mine to cook. Otherwise Very yummy.... a new family favorite!

Salisbury Steak
I made this tonight and my family loved it! I made some tweaks that others had recommended. First I made the gravy with French onion soup, Lipton onion soup and cream of mushroom gravy. I mixed them together - added about 4 cups of water then added flour and thickened it. I also added some mushrooms and onions. I made the patties and browned them then put them into a dish, covered them with the gravy and baked them. I added only about 2 Tbls of ketchup since others said to much ketchup made it to sweet and I didn't add any mustard. It was wonderful!
