Rubbed and Grilled Pork Loin
My husband thought this was five stars and I thought it was three (but I generally don't love pork). I had a tenderloin and it cooked much faster than was 150 degrees about 20 minutes after searing for 10. I really liked the cooking method, but you definitely need to keep a close eye on temperature. I would make this again.

Garlic Aioli
This was good with the exception of the amount of salt the recipe calls for. I would make this again using 1/4 a teaspoon of salt.

My Crab Cakes
These were very good and easy to make. I used two six ounce cans of crab meat and 20 Ritz crackers. My husband and I both agreed that the cayenne could be reduced to 1/4 teaspoon and that fresh lump crab would have improved the recipe.
